i cant help it but still got some background string noise when playing legato or sweep picking.
Has anyone got any good advices for that?
whats the best method for practice to get rid of that ?

I’m still learning to do this too. But from my understanding, you have to use your fret hand to silence every string as you pass it while only lifting your fingers just barely to do so. For example; you’re playing up an arpeggio from the High E string to the A String. Hit the e string, then b string while lifting the finger you used to fret the high E to deaden it as you hit the b and so on to A. Going down from A string to high E you could potentially palm mute but I’d go with whatever is comfortable for you. For Legato I use palm muting. Hope this helps.
